It is tough. It's a bit easier on A days. On B days I try to do a couple of sets in the morning, then do the rest after I get home from work/classes. As a generic example, say you get up at 7AM. You could do 10 push-ups at 7:30, then 10 more at 8 before you head off to work or where ever. Then, say you work from 9 to 5. At 6, you do 10 more, then try to do 10 more every half hour. You'd be done by 11 or thereabouts. It is difficult. I've actually been at a party and dropped to do my push-ups. If nothing else, it entertains!

This is what I've been trying to do. Two sets before leaving my house. And then everything else after I get back, spread out as evenly as possible.
