Who Has The Time To Fight Crime?

You know the worst thing about push-ups? The ups.

It's actually finding time to spread the sets out evenly throughout the day. It's tough to find the little bits of seconds here and there.

It is tough. It's a bit easier on A days. On B days I try to do a couple of sets in the morning, then do the rest after I get home from work/classes.
As a generic example, say you get up at 7AM. You could do 10 push-ups at 7:30, then 10 more at 8 before you head off to work or where ever. Then, say you work from 9 to 5. At 6, you do 10 more, then try to do 10 more every half hour. You'd be done by 11 or thereabouts.
It is difficult. I've actually been at a party and dropped to do my push-ups. If nothing else, it entertains!

ha. That's a great image. I bet the girls just went for you then.

This is what I've been trying to do. Two sets before leaving my house. And then everything else after I get back, spread out as evenly as possible.

It's been great so far. I feel good. Thanks for posting it.
